Over 140 Years of Nautical History
Wonder what it's like to step aboard a nationally recognized piece of American history? Then an adventure aboard the Stephen Taber is right up your alley.
Sister ship to Ladona, Stephen Taber is America's oldest documented sailing vessel in continuous service and a National Historic Landmark at that. Launched in 1871, she epitomizes the classic coasting schooner.
Ladona co-owner Captain Noah Barnes began sailing on the Taber at the age of six when his parents were at the helm. In 2004, he and his wife Jane took over the family business and have since welcomed countless guests aboard and into the Taber family.
